We provide a customer with a full range of tools including Test Pattern Generation, Test Execution, complete pin-level diagnostics, CPLD, FPGA and Flash in-system programming. All of this is accomplished from a common Windows 95/98/NT/2000-based user interface. Hardware for running the boundary-scan tests includes PCI, USB, PXI, USB, PCMCIA, ISA bus, Ethernet, and VXI modules.Corelis will provide a customer with a complete turnkey approach to boundary-scan testing. We will work with a customer during the design process to assure that the design is capable of being tested to the customer's requirements. When required, we will even create boundary-scan BSDL files for custom ASICs used on the board. We will then create all test vectors, verify them using the customer's actual hardware, and provide the completed, verified, test system to the customer. In some cases this will also include a custom test fixture. Corelis was aquired by EWA Technologies in June 2006
